Omakase
A chef-led sequence of appetisers, sashimi, charcoal dishes, nigiri and a final sweet course.
Japanese dining, after dark
Seasonal fish, charcoal and handmade tableware shape a quiet, deliberate omakase evening.
Philosophy
Inspired by ma—the space between moments—the menu moves from light sashimi to charcoal, nigiri and a warm final course.
The interval between courses sets the pace. Dark surfaces, warm timber and close views of the food make every transition feel calm, clear and tactile.
Luxury stays quiet; rice, knife work and tableware carry the experience.
The space
The counter keeps preparation in view, while the private room gives quieter gatherings their own pause. Dark plaster, warm timber and paper screens leave each dish at the visual centre, with enough space for food and conversation to hold their own.
Visitor guidance
Two evening seatings keep the counter quiet and give every course its own pace.
