Terms
Clear website information before a project agreement.
These website terms explain the public portfolio and estimator. A specific project begins only after its scope and commercial terms are confirmed in writing.
Effective 18 August 2026
Self-initiated concepts
The restaurant examples are fictional, self-initiated demonstrations. They are not operating restaurants, customer commissions, testimonials or evidence of a commercial relationship.
Estimator and project scope
Pricing results are reference estimates, not automatic offers. Final scope, price, timing, payment stages and revision arrangements are confirmed in a written project agreement before paid work begins.
Managed Website Plan
The managed plan can include hosting, technical maintenance, agreed small updates and a licence to use the finished website while the plan remains active. The exact included scope is confirmed in writing.
Full Ownership / Code Handover
Full code handover and an ownership buyout are available only as a separately agreed option. The included files, reusable systems, handover process and price must be confirmed in writing.
Renewal, migration and handover timing
Renewal, migration or an agreed handover follows the timing confirmed in the project agreement.
Restaurant assets and supplied material
The client keeps control of its domain and owns the original logo, menu, copy, photographs and brand material it supplies. The client is responsible for supplying accurate information and material it has permission to use.
Domains and third-party services
Domain registration and optional third-party services stay in the client's own account and may have separate provider terms and charges.
Questions before starting
Ask for clarification before agreeing to a project if any ownership, maintenance or delivery term is unclear.
